Qualified with an MBChB degree from South Africa in 1985, Dr. Dharmalingam “Dennis” Madurai has extensive experience across a range of medical disciplines, including Acute Medicine, Coronary Care, Psychiatry, and General Practice.

In 2000, Dr. Madurai relocated to the UK to pursue his special interests in psychiatry, working across both acute and older adult mental health services. He has focused extensively on cognitive and memory assessment services, holding Associate Specialist and Locum Consultant roles within the NHS across the West Midlands.

With four decades of experience as a doctor, including more than two decades in mental health services, Dr. Madurai provides comprehensive and compassionate care, integrating medical treatment with holistic support for patients and families.

His expertise extends beyond clinical management, to include guidance on important legal considerations such as Power of Attorney, Wills, Driving, and Court of Protection matters. Dr. Madurai works collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and tailored recommendations for each individual.

Dr Madurai is registered with the General Medical Council, and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
